Pedigree:
TELEGRAPH, bred on the East Cape carries outstanding bloodlines as well as being a top show jumping performer in his own right.

Sire TELEREIGN by SOVEREIGN EDITION from Ruelle by SUMMERTIME (PRECIPITATION). TELEREIGN, whose progeny were also successful on the racecourse, has been a leading sire of international sport horses in New Zealand, including Atlanta Olympic Games silver medallist, Squirrel Hill.

PRECIPITATION has been, arguably, the most influential jumping sire in the world and his son, SUMMERTIME, proved an outstanding broodmare sire in this country. This blood can be found in innumerable winning horses over the past 10-20 years, both in Europe and in New Zealand.

Dam QUATRO by ABERCONWAY. Aberconway was the sire of Aberlou, outstanding sire of jumping horses including World Champion three day eventer, Messiah, international three day eventers Delta, Tactics, Eze. Lionheart and Alibi. Aberlou’s dam Patricia Lou was by Revelation who sired, among others winners, the Auckland Cup winner, Rev. Aberconway was by the influential Abernant who appears in many warmblood pedigrees, while his maternal grandsire, Big Game is also a recognised jumping sire.
