Pedigree:
Sire LANCER, international competitor, is the sire of LIBERO H and was crowned "Elite Stallion" in Denmark. Grandsire is stallion of the century LANDGRAF I, likewise from Holstein, descends from one of the most successful show jumping producers RAMIRO out of a dam by FRIVOL xx (lineage 730B). Many approved stallions (e.g. Lentigo, Coronino) and sport horses (e.g. Classic Time, Look out) are progeny from this lineage.

Lando's Dam, SYLVIA is a daughter of Holsteiner RAIMONDO, son of the fabulous RAMIRO (the father of RATINA Z). SYLVIA's Dam, SONITA, daughter of the Hanoverian MARCELLUS (descendant of the famous thoroughbred MARLON) comes from a prestigious line of blood that mixes Swedish and Prussian Trakehner East. Her sister, RAGANT, was Dressage Champion in Norway. The beautiful gait Lando passes on is certainly dressage qualities from these ancestors.
